Thinking About Making A Complaint?

At Āwhina Whānau Services, we take complaints seriously. Before you make a complaint, have you done any of the following?

  • Let a staff member at Āwhina Whānau Services know how you are feeling?

  • Discussed your concern with your referral agency, or approached your GP, or advocate?

If you have done either of the above, you can approach the Manager of Āwhina Whānau Services.
